Pre-Show Notes

  • As announced at Korakuen Hall on the 24th October, Chika Goto will be absent from Marigold shows for a month as she recovers from a sternum injury. It has now been announced that her return match will take place on the 13th December in Shinjuku FACE.
  • Nanae Takahashi continues to be absent due to an injury sustained whilst taking a Urunage from Sareee in Hokkaido on the 2nd November. However, recent footage does show her to be without her neck brace and moving significantly better.
  • Kizuna Tanaka continues to wrestle in a back brace, though she is still currently advertised for Margiold’s upcoming shows.
  • This show marks the return of Osaka-native Flying Penguin to a Marigold ring for the time since her defeat to Kizuna Tanaka on the 5th October, a match that took place in this very venue.
  • Attendance Notes: The announced attendance inside 176BOX Osaka was 356, an almost 25% increase on their previous house at the venue (286 on the 5th October), with the attendance being listed as a sell-out. Though not the highest house Marigold have achieved at the venue over the four shows they have run there (494 on the 1st June), it is certainly a marked improvement.

Quick Results

  • Tag Team Match: Flying Penguin & Hummingbird def. Naho Yamada & Rea Seto w/ Mad Splash (6:42) (**3/4)
  • Three-Way Match: Misa Matsui def. Komomo Minami & Kizuna Tanaka w/ European Clutch (7:21) (**1/2)
  • Singles Match: Bozilla def. Victoria Yuzuki w/ Sit-Out Powerbomb (8:18) (***)
  • Tag Team Match: CHIAKI & Nagisa Nozaki def. Utami Hayashishita & Nao Ishikawa w/ Noir Lancer (11:38) (***1/2)
  • 6-Woman Tag Team Match: MIRAI, Mai Sakurai & Myla Grace def. Natsumi Showzuki, Miku Aono & Kouki Amarei w/ Tornado Potato (15:19)

Show Notes

  • Miscommunication between Rea Seto and Naho Yamada led to the former Dropkicking the former, and allowing Hummingbird and Flying Penguin to hit stereo top rope Splashes onto their opponents for the victory. With Hummingbird and Yamada being legal however, it was only their pinfall that counted.
  • Following the culmination of the main event where Myla Grace secured a victory over Natsumi Showzuki, she challenged the Superfly Champion to a title match at Shinjuku FACE on the 13th December, a challenge that Showzuki accepted.
