NEWS: Stardom Announce First Matches for Next Four Shows; Future of Stardom Title Match Set for Osaka

Stardom have announced the first round of matches for shows in Kobe, Yamaguchi for Mayu Iwatani’s homecoming show, Hiroshima and Osaka.

Some of the highlights will see Kobe native Aya Sakura will take on Hanan in singles action on the 8th February in Hyogo, whilst Konami and Syuri square off once more in a God’s Eye vs. H.A.T.E 6-woman tag team match in Hiroshima on Tuesday 11th February.

Meanwhile, Mayu Iwatani’s homecoming show on the 9th February in Yamaguchi sees an interesting tag team match pitting the dysfunctional teams of Iwatani and Saki Kashima against Momo Watanabe and AZM. Kashima turned on Iwatani in January 2020 to join Oedo Tai, whilst Watanabe turned on AZM and Queen’s Quest in December of the following year. Finally, Wednesday 12th February Osaka show sees Miyu Amasaki defend her Future of Stardom Championship for a third time against challenger HANAKO.

All of the announced matches so far as follows;

  • Saturday 8th February (Stardom in Kobe) Aya Sakura vs. Hanan, NEO-GENESIS (Starlight Kid & Mei Seira) vs. Akira Kurogane & Yuria Hime, EXV (Maika, HANAKO & Waka Tsukiyama) vs. NEO-GENESIS (AZM, Suzu Suzuki & Miyu Amasaki)
  • Sunday 9th February (Stardom in Yamaguchi) God’s Eye (Syuri, Lady C, Ranna Yagami & Tomoka Inaba) vs. H.A.T.E (Saya Kamitani, Natsuko Tora, Ruaka & Konami), Mayu Iwatani & Saki Kashima vs. AZM & Momo Watanabe
  • Tuesday 11th February (Stardom in Hiroshima) STARS (Hanan & Koguma) vs. God’s Eye (Saki Kashima & Ranna Yagami), God’s Eye (Syuri, Kiyoka Kotatsu & Lady C) vs. H.A.T.E (Saya Kamitani, Natsuko Tora & Konami)
  • Wednesday 12th February (Stardom in Osaka) Yuna Mizumori vs. Fukigen Death, Miyu Amasaki vs. HANAKO
