Marigold’s Naho Yamada has been missing from action since February 7th after sustaining a knee injury in Chunichi Hall in Nagoya. She has since taken to her personal Twitter account to provide an update on that injury.

Unfortunately it is not good news, with Yamada confirming that she has ruptured the ACL in her right knee, as well as doing damage to the lateral ligament in the same knee. She has been to hospital, with the injury itself requiring surgery, and is hoping to start rehabilitation as soon as possible. No timetable for her return has been announced.

We at the Marigold Standard wish Naho Yamada all of the best, and hope she returns to in-ring action as soon as possible
