BITE-SIZE SHOW REPORT: Marigold/Nanae Takahashi Produce ~All’s Well That Ends With Passion!!~ (Monday, 14th April 2025)

Pre-Show Notes

• NanaMomo – Nanae Takahashi and Momoe Nakanishi – will team together as a tag team for the first time since Nanae Takahashi’s 25th Anniversary show in SEAdLINNNG in July 2021. Together they won the Japanese Tag Team Championships and WWWA Tag Team Championships twice each in AJW.
• Komomo Minami will be missing shows for the foreseeable future after injuring the medial collateral ligament and the meniscus in her knee during a tag team match at the Korakuen Hall show on the 26th December. A timetable for her return has not yet been confirmed. 
• Kouki Amarei will be missing from all shows due to a torn ACL. Her tentative return date is May 2025.
• Naho Yamada will miss an undisclosed period of time through a knee injury she sustained in Shinjuku FACE on the 7th February. She has since confirmed that she has ruptured the ACL and lateral ligament in her right knee and will undergo surgery to repair the damage.

• Attendance Notes: The announced attendance inside Shinjuku FACE in Tokyo was 503, which has been reported as a legitimate sell-out of the venue. This is the highest attendance for Marigold at this venue of the five times they have run it, and is a 64.92% increase on the last time they ran the venue (305 on the 11th March 2024). Marigold currently average 407 at the venue, though this is including the New Year’s Eve show which didn’t have its attendance announced.

Show Notes

• The show featured a performance from Nanae Takahashi’s girl group Kiss no Sekai – translated to World of Kiss – who performed their hit Baku Baku. The group, consisting of Takahashi, Momoe Nakanishi, Miho Wakizawa and Yoshihiro Nami, performed the song together in the ring for the first time in 25 years.
• Following the main event, it was announced that Nanae will be releasing her autobiography on May 24th; the same day as her retirement show in Yoyogi.
