BITE-SIZE SHOW REPORT: Pro-Wrestling: EVE #135: Hit Me Baby One More Time (Friday, 6th June 2025)

4th IWGP Women’s Champion Syuri has been champion for 40 days – in her first reign. This will be the first title defence of her reign.
It is the first time that the IWGP Women’s Championship has been defended on UK soil.
Alex Windsor will also be the first person from the UK to challenge for the belt.
10th EVE International Champion Anita Vaughan has been champion for 63 days – in her first reign. This will be the first title defence of her reign.
This match marks the UK debuts of Syuri and of Bozilla.

After the International Championship match, Anita Vaughan made a challenge for more ‘international’ talent to make a play for her belt. This prompted a video package announcing that AEW’s Kris Statlander would in fact be appearing on the next show on the 4th July, and would be the next challenger for Anita Vaughan’s title.
During a stare down between Bozilla and Nightshade during the aftermath of the 8-woman tag team match, Alexxis Falcon attacked Nightshade and declared herself the new challenger for Nightshade’s EVE Championship.
Immediately after the IWGP Women’s Championship match, Alex Windsor declared that this would be her last independent date for a while as she had officially signed with All-Elite Wrestling.
