Pre-Show Notes
- 2nd Marigold Superfly Champion Victoria Yuzuki has been champion for 35 days in her first reign. This will be her second title defence.
- This will be challenger Misa Matsui’s third attempt at the Superfly Championship, having previously failed in two attempts against Natsumi Showzuki, the latest being on the 2nd November in Hokkaido.
- In terms of a singles record, Misa Matsui won their only previous one-on-one match, way back at the start of July 2024 in Niigata.
- Kizuna Tanaka will be missing from the next two month’s worth of shows due to the need to rest and heal a persistent back injury she has been working with.
- Komomo Minami will be missing shows for the foreseeable future after injuring the medial collateral ligament and the meniscus in her knee during a tag team match at the Korakuen Hall show on the 26th December. A timetable for her return has not yet been confirmed.
- Kouki Amarei will be missing from all shows due to a torn ACL. Her tentative return date is May 2025.
- Nagisa Tachibana has been removed from all cards until the end of February in order to recover from a rib injury.
- Hummingbird will continue to miss an undisclosed period of time through a knee injury she sustained in Nagoya on the 11th January.
- Attendance Notes: The announced attendance inside Shinjuku FACE was 356. It’s the third time Marigold have run the venue, though no attendance was announced for the year-end show in December 2024. Though the 356 is a 23.3% decrease from the last recorded attendance Marigold had at the venue (464 on the 13th December 2024) it is worth noting that that show did have the rescheduled Marigold World Championship match between Sareee and Nanae Takahashi. 356 is the third largest attendance of 2025 for Marigold, and the highest non-PPV/Korakuen Hall crowd since the aforementioned Shinjuku FACE show.

Show Notes
- Following her defeat of Megaton, MIRAI demanded that she tell Bozilla that she wants her in singles action next.
- After teaming together for the first time in almost a year (17/02/2024 against Winggori for the New Blood Tag Team Championships) Chanyota opted to challenge Mai Sakurai for the United National Championship. This match has since been made official for the 20th February Korakuen Hall show. This will be only their second singles match, with Mai Sakurai winning the first back at Stardom New Blood 5 in October 2022.
- Victoria Yuzuki successfully retained the Superfly Championship, and therefore moved to two successful title defences. However, Matsui was then helped to the back by Nagisa Nozaki and CHIAKI and the Dark Wolf Army, perhaps hinting at a change in direction for Matsui.
