Pre-Show Notes
- Due to poor health, Seri Yamaoka was pulled from this card. As a result, the tag match between the team Seri Yamaoka and Rea Seto against the team of Misa Matsui and Riara became a three-way with the remaining participants.
- Kizuna Tanaka will be missing from the next two month’s worth of shows due to the need to rest and heal a persistent back injury she has been working with.
- Komomo Minami will be missing shows for the foreseeable future after injuring the medial collateral ligament and the meniscus in her knee during a tag team match at the Korakuen Hall show on the 26th December. A timetable for her return has not yet been confirmed.
- Kouki Amarei will be missing from all shows due to a torn ACL. Her tentative return date is May 2025.
- Nagisa Tachibana has been removed from all cards until the end of February in order to recover from a rib injury.
- Hummingbird will continue to miss an undisclosed period of time through a knee injury she sustained in Nagoya on the 11th January.
- Naho Yamada will miss an undisclosed period of time through a knee injury she sustained in Shinjuku FACE on the 7th February.
- Attendance Notes: The announced attendance inside Sendai PIT was 210. This is the fourth time Marigold have run the Miyagi venue and is broadly in line with the previous two times they have run there. It is a marginal decrease of just two people from their previous show on December 20th which drew 212.

Show Notes
- Nagisa Nozaki came to the ring brandishing the case of $10 million that CHIAKI stole following Nozaki and Mai Sakurai’s Pure White Belt match on January 19th.
- Misa Matsui came to the ring with Dark Wolf Army and was heavily involved in the interference at ringside, distracting the referee and hitting Aono in the back with a chair whilst she was on the top rope.
