Pre-Show Notes

  • As announced at Korakuen Hall on the 24th October, Chika Goto will be absent from Marigold shows for a month as she recovers from a sternum injury. This means that her current timetable for return is the end of November.
  • Nanae Takahashi has been removed from this card, with the latter’s due to an injury sustained whilst taking a Urunage from Sareee in Hokkaido on the 2nd November.
  • Attendance Notes: The exact attendance isn’t known for the show in Utsunomiya Bunka Kaiken in Tochigi. It’s the first time Marigold have run the venue and running Tochigi as a while. The venue itself, seating around 500 in the small hall and 2000 in the ‘great hall’, was opened back in 1979, but doesn’t appear to be a regular venue for wrestling, but has housed concerts from Whitesnake and The Police amongst others.

Show Notes

  • Each of the winning competitors was awarded a voucher that apparently entitled the winner to all you can drink and all you can eat – something that greatly excited both Nao Ishikawa and Bozilla in particular.
  • Following the semi-main event, Nagisa Nozaki and CHIAKI officially challenged MiraiSaku for the Marigold Twinstar Championships, with the date being put forward for the 13th December in Shinjuku FACE – a show that will already see Sareee’s re-arranged World Championship defence against Nanae Takahashi.
