Pre-Show Notes

  • 4th New Blood Tag Team Champions Rice or Bread (HANAKO (1) and Waka Tsukiyama (1)) have been champions for 91 days – in their first reign. This will be the second title defence of their reign.
  • Yuna Mizumori and Aya Sakura will challenge for the New Blood Tag Team Championships after winning a one-night number one contendership tournament at New Blood 19. This will mark Yuna Mizumori’s first attempt at the belts, while it will be Sakura’s first since her June 2024 unsuccessful challenge against Winggori.
  • Saya Kamitani will defend the Regina Di WAVE Championship against Honoka at the start of April, with a preview match coming here when Kamitani teams with Ruaka and Azusa Inaba against the team of Honoka, Kohaku and Saran.
  • Tae Honma makes her Stardom debut teaming with Kakeru Sekiguchi – herself making her first Stardom appearance since Himeka’s retirement road in 2023 – against God’s Eye’s Hina and Ranna Yagami.
  • Misa Kagura will finally get her one-on-one match with Tam Nakano after their scheduled match in JTO had to be postponed due to Misa’s illness.
  • Ami Sohrei will be absent from all cards as she begins the process of recovering from ACL and meniscus tears in her knee.
  • Xena has suffered a ligament injury in her knee, and will be out of action for an undisclosed period of time.
  • Matoi Hamabe will be missing missing from upcoming shows due to injury; no timetable is currently available for Matoi’s return to the ring.
  • After sustaining an ankle injury on the 2nd March in Chiba, Natsupoi will be off Stardom shows indefinitely.
  • Starlight Kid will continue to miss shows as she recovers from an arm injury that kept her out of the Okinawa shows over the last weekend.
  • Momo Watanabe has been announced to be absent from the next loop of shows due to needing to take time to recover from an ankle injury she sustained during AEW Revolution on March 9th and re-aggravated in Okinawa.
  • Attendance Note: The attendance inside Shinagawa Intercity Hall in Tokyo was 296. This is a 66.29% increase from the last New Blood event (178 in the same venue for New Blood 19 on March 1st). Not only does this stop a four show decline in attendance, but it is also the highest attendance for a New Blood show since New Blood 15 in September of 2024.

Show Notes

  • Following the main event, Aya delivered an impassioned promo about how much she respects HANAKO and how much she has inspired her – first to become a wrestler and then when watching her during her recovery from injury through 2023 and 2024. She did say though that after failing to beat her even once after debuting on the same show back in 2023.
