The cross-promotional show Wrestle Dynasty – showcasing talents from AEW, NJPW, Stardom and CMLL – is just 46 days away. Emanating from the Tokyo Dome on January 5th as the part of a stacked Wrestle Kingdom week, the show recently had its first match announced in Zack Sabre Jr. vs. Ricochet, as well as participation from The Young Bucks.

However, New Japan announced today that the ‘International Women’s Cup’ will also take place at Wrestle Dynasty, putting the best of Stardom, AEW, CMLL and Ring of Honor against each other.

The format of the tournament will see qualification four-way matches take place in each respective promotion, with the winners of each of those matches progressing to the final at Wrestle Dynasty – a four-way with the winner receiving a title shot of their choosing.

Dates and competitors for the qualification four-ways are yet to be confirmed.
