Having announced a pair of PPVs for March 20th and 22nd in Okinawa, the first matches for these cards have now started to be announced. For the first time since 2016, Stardom will visit Okinawa with shows in the Okinawa Convention Center on Friday March 20th and Sunday March 22nd, with a signing and meet and greet session on the intervening Saturday.

Having successfully defended the Goddesses of Stardom Championships at Path of Glory in Tochigi against the Crazy Star team of Mei Seira and Suzu Suzuki, the Winggori team of Hanan and Saya Iida nominated their STARS teammates Peach Rock – the team of Momo Kohgo and Mayu Iwatani – as their next challengers. This will be Peach Rock and Momo Kohgo’s first challenge for the championships, while it will be Iwatani’s first challenge since failing against the Donna Del Mondo team of Giulia and Syuri in July 2021 alongside Koguma.

Also announced on the Friday 20th show is a special singles match between World of Stardom Champion Saya Kamitani and Wonder of Stardom Champion Starlight Kid, while the pre-show will see representation from Ryuku Dragon Pro-Wrestling – a company based in Okinawa – in the form of a tag team match between the team of Ryuo Champion Shuri Joe and RYUKU-DOG Dingo and the team of Gurukun Mask and Churaumi Saver. This will mark the first time that there has been male participation on a Stardom show since 2018 when Rey Wagner and El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr wrestled, though wrestlers such as Kenny Omega, Kota Ibushi, three iterations of Black Tiger and Ultimo Dragon have wrestled on prior Stardom shows.

Both days of Stardom’s Spring Vacation shows in Okinawa will air live on PPV, with streaming and purchase information expected in the coming days.
